New Employee Training

The RefiJet employee training program is a very detailed important piece to our business. We are lucky and grateful that throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been able to not only help people save on their auto loans but also bring on new employees. Our stellar training team has made massive changes and updates in order to make this happen.  Here is how they made it work.

Video Tools

Advancements in video technology have come a long way, and it had made it possible for our company to not only stay in business but thrive! By having this technology available we can ensure that all new employees stay safe at home while also completing their employee training.

Equipment

Without being able to train new employees in person, we have had to send out a box carrying training equipment to all of the new employees. Our IT team has worked diligently to ensure that all of their technology is set-up and ready to be used when they receive their box. They have even made sure that we continue to follow our strict compliance rules by adding cameras and keeping computers secure.

Online Training Platform

Our training team restructured their entire training program on a new platform that allows them to showcase all of their needed materials. They also have been able to find ways to make the employee training interactive and fun! These new adjustments have not been easy, but the entire staff is dedicated to keeping training as normal as possible, while also keeping everyone safe.

Masks for Employees in Office

Some of our employees need to be in the office to do their job. To keep all of our employees safe and follow the CDC’s guidelines, we have provided face-masks for all employees that are working in the office. This way, all of our employees can successfully do their job, and our training team can continue to onboard new employees.

Training Team - Masks

All of these adjustments have been made so our company can continue to grow and hire more staff. Without our hard-working, focused staff, this may not have been possible. We are very grateful to still be in business and still offer employment, especially in these dire times.
