Ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of our website users (“you” or “your”) is important to Yield Services Group d/b/a RefiJet and (“RefiJet,” “we,” “us” or “our”)This Website Privacy Policy describes our privacy and security practices concerning the information we collect in connection with the website, located at (“Site”).  This Website Privacy Policy explains our online practices and how we collect, use, and protect your information.  The Website Privacy Policy may be changed or updated without prior notice to you.  By visiting our Site, you acknowledge your agreement to be bound by the practices described in this Website Privacy Policy.  Our Website Privacy Policy applies to all consumers who visit or use our Site, and we encourage you to read through and review it each time you access the Site.  If you do not agree with this Website Privacy Policy, we ask that you not use the Site. 

Information We Collect Online 

We collect both “Personal Information” and “non-personal information” about Site users. 

Personal Information means personally identifiable information, which is information that we can directly associate with a specific person without additional information.  Non-personal information is information that we cannot directly associate with a specific person without the aid of additional information.  When we combine Personal Information and non-personal information, we treat the combined information as Personal Information.   

Certain Personal Information that you provide to us or to our business partners in order to receive a financial product or service may be considered non-public personal information (“NPPI”) under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”) and certain state laws.  When you enter into a financial relationship with us (and, in any event, before we disclose NPPI in a manner that requires us to provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure), we will provide you with a separate GLBA notice, which is entitled “What Does Yield Solutions Group, Inc. Personal Information 

You can visit our Site without submitting any personal information.  However, if you use certain features, such as completing and submitting our contact form, you will be required to provide personal information.  Below is a list of the type of information we may collect:

  • Email address  

We may combine Personal Information collected through the Site with other information that we, or third parties collect about you in other contexts—such as our communications with you via email or on the phone.  As discussed above, combined information is treated as personal information.  

We may use the Personal Information as follows:

  • To personalize your experience on our Site;  
  • For business purposes, including data analysis, developing products and services, and enhancing our Site;

Non-Personal Information 

We employ commonly-used information-gathering tools to collect non-personal information as users navigate our Site, such as cookies.  Below is a list of the type of non-personal information we may collect:

  • Device identifier information 
  • The date and time you visit our Site; 
  • Websites you may have visited before visiting our Site; and 
  • Other information collected through cookies, web beacons/pixel tags and other technologies. 

We may use the non-personal information as follows: 

  • CookiesRefiJet uses cookies to better accommodate and serve visitors to our Site, improve visitors’ experiences on our Site, understand conversion paths and durations, and optimize website design and content.  When a user visits the Site, RefiJet’s servers send a cookie to the user’s computer.  By themselves, cookies recognize a user’s web browser and do not personally identify individual users.  Unless a Site user chooses to identify himself or herself to RefiJet, such as by filling out a web form, users remain anonymous to RefiJet. 

There are two types of cookies: session and persistent. Session cookies are transient and exist only during one session.  They disappear from a Site user’s computer when the user closes his or her browser software or turns off his or her computer.  Persistent cookies remain on a user’s computer after the user closes his or her browser or turns off his or her computer. 

  • Web BeaconsRefiJet uses web beacons, also known as pixel tags, alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about users’ usage of the Site.  Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon, and a description of a website tied to the web beacon.  For example, RefiJet may place web beacons in marketing emails that notify RefiJet when you click on a link in the email that directs you to the Site.  RefiJet uses web beacons to operate and improve our website and email communications and to analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns.  RefiJet may use information from web beacons in combination with data about users to provide you with information about us. 
  • IP AddressesWhen you visit the RefiJet, we collect your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, RefiJet uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate the Site. 
  • Third-Party CookiesRefiJet may periodically engage third-party service providers to track and analyze non-personally identifiable statistical usage and traffic information from Site visitors.  RefiJet may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of RefiJet advertising.  The information provided to such third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after RefiJet receives it.  This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of third-party cookies. 
  • Interest-Based AdvertisingInterest-based advertising, also known as online behavioral advertising, uses information collected across multiple websites that you visit in order to help predict your preferences and show you advertisements that are more likely to be of interest to you. Third parties, including our service providers, use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, including when you visit our Site.  We use this information to provide relevant marketing to you when you visit our Site or third-party websites.  We also use third-party web beacons on our Site and on other sites to assist in managing and optimizing our online advertising. These third-party cookies and other devices do not contain personally identifiable information about you. 

We use this non-personal information to recognize users when they return to our Site, analyze how users use the Site, improve the Site and enhance users’ experience with the Site.  We may also use non-personal information, such as from cookies, to combine it with Personal Information, and in such event, will treat it as Personal Information, as described above. 

We share non-personal information with certain third parties for the purposes describe above, including analyzing, and audit, research and report on website usage. RefiJet also uses third-party service providers to help us manage and improve the Site and other RefiJet services. For example, we use third parties to host our website and our online portal, and to help us target and implement our email communications and direct mailings.   

RefiJet reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information provided by users if required by law, if RefiJet reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect RefiJet’s rights, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process. 

Do Not Track and Opt-Out 

Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or other similar mechanisms on any internet browsers and may track information listed in this policy; however, our tracking system will not track your activities on the site if your browser is set to “incognito,” “private,” “do not track” or similar setting.

The Site also enables third-party tracking mechanisms to collect your non-personal information for use in online behavioral advertising. For example, third parties may use the fact that you visited the Site to target online ads for RefiJet services to you on non- RefiJet websites. The use of online tracking mechanisms by third parties is subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies, and not this Policy. If you prefer to prevent third parties from setting and accessing cookies on your computer, you may set your browser to block cookies. Additionally, you may remove yourself from the targeted advertising of companies within the Network Advertising Initiative by opting out here, or of companies participating in the Digital Advertising Alliance program by opting out here. Although our website currently does not respond to “do not track” browser headers, you can limit tracking through these third-party programs and by taking the other steps discussed above. 

Personal Information on Children 

RefiJet’s services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and who are legally capable of entering into a contract.  If you are under the age of 18, you should not be visiting the Site.  We do not knowingly collect or retain personal information from children under the age of 13.  If you are under the age of 13 and are visiting or otherwise using the Site, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and are advised not to disclose or provide any personally identifiable information on the Site. 

How We Protect Your Information 

We use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion. You must consent to receive Documents electronically in order to complete the credit inquiry process with and any subsequent loan process with one of our participating Lenders. Your consent will apply to Documents as defined above. You may withdraw your consent for receiving electronic Documents by notifying us in any of the ways described above. Since is structured to process all or part of your credit inquiry and any subsequent loan  electronically, not consenting, or withdrawing your consent to receive electronic Documents may result in the termination of the credit inquiry and/or loan process. Your withdrawal of this consent is effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to act upon your withdrawal. Even if you consent, note that the Verbal Disclosures will be made to you telephonically. 

If you wish to withdraw your consent to do business electronically with our participating Lenders, you may do so at no cost to you by contacting the Lender at the mailing address, email address or telephone number they provide to you separately for such purpose.  


In order to use this service, you must consent to receive Documents electronically and you agree that these electronic disclosures will be sufficient as a “writing” under applicable law.  


In order to receive, access and retain electronic Documents, you will need the following hardware and software: 

  • a computer, mobile device, tablet or similar device with an internet connection; 
  • a current web browser that supports HTTPS connectivity;  
  • a current version of a software program that can open and display PDF files (such as an Adobe Acrobat reader); 
  • a valid email address with email software to communicate with us electronically; and 
  • an installed printer or sufficient storage space to save, store, print or otherwise retain electronic Documents. 

 These disclosures and the Documents are both provided to you in PDF; therefore, your access to this page from your own system/device verifies that your system/device has the necessary software to permit you to receive and access PDF files. 

If the system requirements for accessing the copy of your Documents on the secure webpage change so as to require different or additional hardware or software, or upgrades, plug-ins or enhancements to the hardware or software used by you (all such changes referred to as a “Systems Enhancement”), we will notify you and you may either withdraw your consent or upgrade your hardware and/or software as required by the Systems Enhancement.

If you have a valid email address, a copy of the loan Documents will be provided to you upon execution in the form of an email link to a secure portal that will contaithe PDF loan documentsYou will log into the secure portal using your access credentials. The PDF document will be available to you in the secure portal for thirty (30) days. To retain a copy of the Documents, you may choose to print them, save them or both. In order to print them, you must have a functioning printer connected to your personal computing device.  If you wish to retain an electronic version of the Documents, you must have a personal computing device with the hardware and software necessary to download and store PDF files.

  • acknowledge your receipt and review of the foregoing Federal ESIGN Disclosure and Consent;
